Ed Quiggle, Jr. won the 2011 election for Constable of Sunbury's 9th Ward as the Republican write-in candidate. He has completed the Constable Basic Training required by Pennsylvania's Act 49. He is also bonded as required by Act 49, and the bond is held on record at the Northumberland County courthouse. Having moved to Sunbury from Groton, CT in 1988, Ed has worked as a journalist and editor, as well as being a political activist.
